How a grievance flows.

Submit

Email investors@nantatech.com with your grievance — include your name, holding details (DP / Folio), and a clear description of the concern.

Review

The Compliance Officer logs the grievance, acknowledges receipt, and routes it to the relevant office or committee — Audit, Stakeholders' Relationship, or executive management.

Resolve

A response with the resolution or next-steps is communicated back to you. Unresolved matters escalate to the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee Chair.
